Inadvertent and obvious errors
While all precautions are taken by Great Karoo Spirit to provide the correct information on the website, if we identify an inadvertent and obvious error in the price or product description, images and any other relevant content, Great Karoo Spirit is not obligated to provide you with the affected product or service.
Great Karoo Spirit will make every effort to contact you or alert you of the error.
In such circumstances, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.
Event and party delivery
Event and party deliveries 20km outside Pretoria or Somerset West will be subject to a delivery charge and quoted accordingly.

By submitting product reviews to Great Karoo Spirit, you represent and warrant that:
You understand you are participating in a public forum and that your submitted content and other personal information will be available to all other users of the site, the online community and potentially third party websites.
When you submit a review, you agree to the following:
• All review(s) submitted are accurate
• Your review is original and was created by you
• You are a resident of South Africa; and are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age
• You are currently a bona fide user of the Great Karoo Spirit product(s) mentioned in your review.
• You are not an employee of Great Karoo Spirit nor do you work for an affiliate or agency of Great Karoo Spirit hired by Great Karoo Spirit to promote and/or sell Great Karoo Spirit products;
• The statements you make in your review reflect your true and honest opinion of and current experience with the Great Karoo Spirit product(s) that you are reviewing.
• If your review refers to a potential fault that could be specific to the item you received, no the brand in general, Great Karoo Spirit’s Customer Service team will be in touch to resolve it with you directly. In this instance, your review will not be published.
• Great Karoo Spirit does not publish reviews for products that are not purchased from us directly (i.e. products purchased from other retailers and/or in other countries).

Reviews must be about the product. Reviews containing the following will not be published:

Why has my product review not been published?
All product ratings and reviews submitted on www.greatkaroospirit.com are assessed by our team before published to the product page. This can take up to two working days. We reserve the right to reject your review if it does not meet our review guidelines.
What does it mean to post anonymously?
If you select to post your product rating and review anonymously, your name will not be shown on the site in association to that particular review. If you do not select to post anonymously, we will post your name and surname alongside your rating or review on the product detail page.
Orders and payment
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these terms.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email describing the products you have ordered. These communications confirm we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us.
We are not legally obligated to provide the products to you during the offer process.
Online payments can be made via Payfast.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
Delivery will not take place until proof of payment has been received and the refunds have cleared into our bank account.
Regarding the submission of credit card information and security, all credit card transactions will be acquired for Great Karoo Spirit via Payfast which protects you, the client, with the most up-to-date and secure online credit card processing system.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Great Karoo Spirit separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on Payfast refer to www.payfast.co.za
Cancellation
If for any reason, you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting Great Karoo Spirit’s Customer Services Centre on (083) 6771222.
You will only be able to cancel orders by midnight on the day before the date of delivery.
Great Karoo Spirit reserves the right not to refund the delivery in respect of any late cancellations.
If you cancel your payment for any reason, or if your payment method should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof.
Without prejudice to any rights or remedies in law, Great Karoo Spirit reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the terms.
Great Karoo Spirit reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the products ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Refund will take 10-12 working days.
Risk and ownership
Risk in the use of products purchased via greatkaroospirit.com will fall to you with the acceptance of the products when delivered to you or your authorised representatives.
Great Karoo Spirit will retain ownership in the products until payment has been received in full.
